Who can ReCharge their Chippie with Fun Miles?
- You need to be an active, registered Fun Miles card holder (meaning: the card is registered
at Fun Miles; the card has been used at least once during the last year and is not blocked for any reason). - Your Chippie PrePaid number has to be registered correctly at Fun Miles. You can do this by logging in to your account and making sure you fill in your mobile number in the corresponding field. You can also call the Fun Miles Customer Service for assistance at (599 9) 465-3300. - You need to have sufficient Fun Miles on your account.

How do I become a Fun Miles card holder?
You can buy your Fun Miles membership card for 5 guilders at the Fun Miles office or at our Fun Miles partners. For more information, call (599 9) 465-3300.

What information do I need to ReCharge my Chippie with Fun Miles?
- Your PASS CODE, which is the last four numbers of your membership card. - The amount of miles you want to ReCharge your phone with. There are two options: - 1250 Fun Miles = ANG. 25,- - 500 Fun Miles = ANG. 10,-

How does “Chippie ReCharge with Fun Miles” work?
You can recharge your phone by texting your PASS CODE and the amount of miles to 2222 in the following way: RC <space> PASSCODE <space> MILES Example: RC 4567 1250

Where can I find my PASS CODE?
Your PASS CODE is formed by the last four digits of your Fun Miles card number. For example; If your card number is 360 90 1234567, your PASS CODE is 4567.

How can I register my mobile number?
- Online by logging into your account via www.funmiles.net and making sure you fill in your mobile number in the corresponding field.

How many Fun Miles do I have on my account?
There are several ways to find this out:
- You can check online, by logging into your account via www.funmiles.net. - You can call the Fun Miles Customer Service for assistance at (599 9) 465 3300. - Text “MILES” to 2222. For this additional service, customers are charged a standard price of ANG 0,50 per SMS. - You can do a Balance Check at the terminals of our Fun Miles Partners.

How much does it cost to ReCharge my Chippie with Fun Miles?
There is no fixed fee. To recharge with Fun Miles is FREE provided the number is a registered UTS number.

How many Miles do I need to ReCharge my Chippie?
- To recharge your Chippie with 10 guilders, you need to have 500 miles.
- To recharge your Chippie with 25 guilders, you need to have 1250 miles.

How can I change my PASS CODE?
You can't.

What happens if I type in the wrong PASS CODE?
Your Fun Miles card will be blocked automatically in case of 3 consecutive pass code failures.

How can I unblock my card?
If your Fun Miles card is blocked, please contact Fun Miles at (599 9) 465-3300 for further assistance.

How often can I ReCharge my Chippie with Fun Miles?
You can ReCharge your Chippie up to a redemption limit of 10,000 Miles a day.

What happens if I try to ReCharge via a mobile number that is not a Chippie?
You will receive an error message and will be charged the standard price of 0.50 per SMS. The same holds for Post Paid numbers.

Can a ReCharge (a redemption) be undone?
No.

How does the UTS Fun Miles Partnership work?
As a residential customer you are able to use your Fun Miles membership card when purchasing certain UTS products or by applying for certain UTS services. You can do both, save and redeem your Fun Miles. UTS will have its monthly offer as well as temporal campaigns. To learn more about the offers and campaign, visit UTS’ website frequently or look in papers or on the radio.

What does residential customer mean?
Residential customer is a person who purchase or apply for a certain product or service of UTS for his personal use and not for Business customer.

I do not have a Fun Miles Card, where can I apply for one?
You can apply for a Fun Miles card at one of UTS stores. You will receive a Fun Miles welcome pack for only ANG 5,- (excl.OB). The welcome pack contains the Fun Miles Card, an information brochure, Fun Miles’ general Terms and Conditions and an application form.
You can start saving Fun Miles immediately. It is important to fill out and return your application form as soon as possible, since you have to be register to be able to redeem the saved Fun Miles. You can also register online.

How many Fun Miles can I save?
The amount of Fun Miles you can save depends on the product or service you have purchased or applied for. UTS has chosen not to give a flat rate of 1 Fun Mile for every ANG2.50 you spend, but offers you the Bonus Fun Miles.

How long does it take before I can use my saved Fun Miles?
When you purchase a product or service, the saved Fun Miles will be made available to you the following working day. In certain case UTS reserves the right to change this, but will communicate this accordingly.

How can I use my Fun Miles at UTS?
UTS allows you to save and redeem the Fun Miles. There are on-going offers as well as temporal campaigns. You can visit one of UTS stores (except BCS) in order to make use of you Fun Miles.
In order to make use of you Fun Miles, you need to make sure you have enough Fun Miles on your balance and are in possession of your PIN. For more information of your PIN please visit www.funmiles.net.
