How can I pay my UTS bill?
- You can visit one of our two Payment Stores at UTS Brievengat or Sta. Maria.
Opening hours: Monday till Friday at 07:45-15:30 nonstop. Friday night till 8 pm. - You can visit the UTS Authorized Distributors;
- At one of over 50 Pagafasil Points conveniently located all over Curaçao. Don’t forget to take your invoice with you.

Required documents are a valid identification and bank card Information/ bank statement to confirm the bank account.

Where can I inform UTS that I will be moving and how much does it cost?
Customers can go to any of our UTS Stores for this. Moving of an internet connection is ANG 75.00 and the moving of a telephone line is ANG 150.00. Moving of a Double Play or Triple Play package is ANG 150.00.

Is it possible to use a Telefasil line for internet at home?
Yes, however a monthly recharging is necessary (minimum ANG 5.00) in order to keep the line active

When I apply for the internet at home service do I have to buy the modem separately?
No, you do not have to buy a modem separately; the modem is free, and will be installed free of charge by UTS technicians

What is the installation fee for my internet connection at home?
The installation fee for your internet connection will be free of charge if you sign a 2-year contract. For contracts less than 2 year an installation fee of ANG 100.00 will be charged.

What are the available internet speed packages?
UTS offers 3 different internet at home packages with the following download speed options: 1Mbps, 16 Mbps and 20 Mbps. The available upload speed options are 512 Kbps and 1 Mbps according to the package of your preference.

How do I install the mobile internet modem?
The modem can be inserted in the laptop through a USB plug, and the installation procedure will start automatically. You will also receive an instruction guide at our UTS Stores.

How fast is the mobile internet connection?
The UTS 3G speed varies between 256Kbps and 1Mbps, however the signal and speed depend on the location you are at; the connection is shared. This service is not suitable to download large files.Fair Use Policy applied.

Do I need a subscription for internet at home to get the mobile internet?
No, an internet subscription is not required to acquire the mobile internet service. However if you already have an internet connection registered on your name at UTS, you will pay a more attractive monthly fee for the UTS mobile broadband subscription.
