As we continuously launch service with additional carriers, we will update our list of available countries/carriers. Receiving call or SMSThe caller pays local tariff in the Netherlands Antilles. You pay the international rate applicable for calling the country you are staying at. When you receive a SMS, the sender pays local tariff in the Netherlands Antilles.
