What is the price for 3G, and where can I apply for it?
3G prices are ANG 149.00 per month; customers with a minimum 1MB ADSL can get the service for ANG 75.00 per month.

Is it possible to use a Telefasil line for Internet/ADSL?
Yes, however a monthly recharging is necessary (minimum ANG 5.00) in order to keep the line active.

Where can I inform UTS that I will be moving and how much does it cost?
Client can go to any of our sales points for this. Moving of an ADSL connection is ANG 75.00 and the moving of a Telephone line is ANG 125.00.

When I apply for the ADSL service do I have to buy the modem separately?
No, you do Not have to buy a modem separately; The modem is free, and will be installed free of charge by UTS technicians

What is the installation fee for my ADSL?
The installation fee for your ADSL will be free of charge if you sign a 2-year contract. For contracts less than 2 year an installation fee of ANG. 100.00 will be charged.

What is ADSL Internet?
ADSL ("Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line") is a type of DSL. It works by splitting your existing telephone line signal into two, one for voice and the other for data. Asymmetric means the download speed is different from the upload speed.
