From your home telephone dial the country code of the country you are trying to call, then the city code (if any), and then the foreign telephone number.

When calling European phone numbers, remove the ‘0’ which may appear before the city code. For example, to call Amsterdam on 020 1234567, you would dial: 00 31 20 1234567.
